3. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments
3.1 Paid Subscriptions
Some features of the App require a paid subscription. Subscription details, pricing, and billing frequency are shown before purchase.
3.2 Payment Platforms
Subscriptions are processed through:
- Apple App Store (iOS)
- Google Play Store (Android)
- Our website (if applicable)
We do not store full payment card details.
3.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1 How to Cancel
Apple App Store subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased via Apple must be managed and cancelled through your Apple ID settings. We cannot cancel Apple subscriptions on your behalf.
Google Play subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased via Google Play must be managed through your Google account.
Website subscriptions
You may cancel through your account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4.2 Refunds
- Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled entirely by Apple or Google, in accordance with their policies.
- We do not control refund approvals or processing times.
- Website purchases (if applicable) are non-refundable unless required by law.
4.3 No Partial Refunds
Unless required by applicable law:
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription periods.
- Cancelling does not immediately end access; access continues until the current billing period ends.
4.4 Free Trials
If a free trial is offered:
- You will not be charged during the trial period
- The subscription will automatically begin unless cancelled before the trial ends
- Free trials may be limited to one per user
4.5 Price Changes
Subscription prices may change. Where required, notice will be provided in advance via the relevant app store.
5. Acceptable Use

- Upload unlawful, offensive, or misleading content

6. Photos & User Content

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the previous 12 months
11. Suspension & Termination
11.1 We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
11.2 You may stop using the app at any time.
12. Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.
13. Changes to These Terms
